From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

We are working with a financial services firm in Portsmouth, NH in their search for a professional and driven Client Services Specialist! This direct hire role is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the client team. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of prior client services experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Specialist

  • Prepare flawless presentations
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Procure off-site meeting space
  • Maintain electronic and physical files
  • Assist with processing client onboarding
  • Other tasks, as required

Qualifications of the Client Services Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least two years of prior client services experience within the financial industry
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and change priorities
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
