We are looking for skilled candidates for a Community Project Manager role with our Concord, NH nonprofit client! In this position, you will be the relationship manager to ensure external stakeholders are meeting the needs of the client’s program and that they are satisfied with their involvement in the program. This full-time, direct-hire role can be conducted both in-office and from home.

Responsibilities of the Community Project Manager

  • Act as liaison between applicants and external stakeholders to ensure needs and expectations are being met on both sides
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are successful and in compliance
  • Manage grants, contracts, and other processes
  • Identify opportunities of improvement
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Community Project Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of related experience required
  • Working knowledge of grants, either federal or state or both
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Able to meet deadlines in a multitasking environment
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements
