Compensation Analyst

A busy manufacturer in Laconia, NH is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst on a full-time, direct-hire basis! This role is responsible for researching data on compensation and creating a competitive compensation program for the client that helps to attract and retain employees. Our client is looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of similar experience for this role.

Responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst

• Collect compensation data from various sources
• Create and implement compensation plans that will help attract and retain employees
• Stay current on compensation trends and implement changes, when necessary
• Ensure you stay up to date on employment and compensation laws
• Identify and work with outside compensation vendors
• Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Compensation Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, business, or related field
• At least four years of similar experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate and listen
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of employment and compensation laws and regulations
• Ability to build partnerships
• Strong analytical skills
