Responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst
- Review job descriptions and work with managers to ensure they are accurate
- Perform job evaluations, both internally and externally, to determine appropriate compensation
- Participate in surveys regarding salaries
- Recommend salaries for potential new employees
- Other duties, as they relate
Qualifications of the Compensation Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience for a direct hire; 5+ years for a temporary employee
