Responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst

  • Review job descriptions and work with managers to ensure they are accurate
  • Perform job evaluations, both internally and externally, to determine appropriate compensation
  • Participate in surveys regarding salaries
  • Recommend salaries for potential new employees
  • Other duties, as they relate

Qualifications of the Compensation Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience for a direct hire; 5+ years for a temporary employee
