Consumer Service Representative

Our Stratham, NH client is seeking a full-time Consumer Service Representative! You’ll work in a fast-paced, business-casual environment and be responsible for resolving customers’ issues. This is an interim opportunity requiring good communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities of the Consumer Service Representative

  • Through email, online chat, and outbound calls, respond to and resolve customer issues
  • Record issues in database
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues
  • Provide reports regarding issues
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Consumer Service Representative

  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Working knowledge of CRMs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Good communication skills
