If you have solid customer service experience within a fast-paced environment, we would like to talk to you about a Contact Center Representative opportunity in Portsmouth, NH! In this role within a financial services organization, you will assist our client’s customers with questions regarding accounts and products. Although this is a full-time role, our client is open to part-time hours. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fun environment!

Responsibilities of the Contact Center Representative

  • Assist customers and potential customers with questions regarding accounts and products
  • Cross-sell the organization’s products and services
  • Perform other job-related tasks, as assigned

Qualifications of the Contact Center Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year or similar customer service/contact center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Problem solver with good follow-through
