An aerosol valve manufacturer is seeking a Control Systems Engineer on a direct hire basis. You’ll be responsible for the design and implementation of electrical control systems for production assembly equipment at the company’s facility in Keene, NH.
Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control station layouts, electrical enclosure panel layouts, and all electrical control hardware-related documentation
- Develop and interpret technical and electrical control systems requirements
- Design control systems for production assembly equipment
- Process changes to existing production assembly equipment
- Troubleshoot/debug equipment
- Provide technical support services to production departments and in other facilities
- Work with the engineering teams to implement and test designs to meet established requirements
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications of the Control Systems Engineer
- Minimum of Associate’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Systems, Plastics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with PLCs and Human Machine Interface Design (Rockwell/Mitsubishi/Siemens)
- Experience with automated machinery
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical
- Experience with Machine Vision Systems (Cognex/Keyence)
- Experience with Robot Systems (Denso)
- Experience with Servo systems (Rockwell/Mitsubishi/Siemens)
