From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A successful and well-established manufacturer in Stratham, NH is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiting Manager for their team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for recruiting qualified talent for our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, results-oriented individual with at least five years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiting Manager

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Work with hiring managers to understand internal staffing needs
  • Use innovative techniques and resources to attract qualified candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and other sources of candidates
  • Oversee staffing database
  • Manage internship program
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Corporate Recruiting Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting high-caliber talent
  • Working knowledge of managing an internship program
  • Understanding of hiring laws and practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Ability to use creativity to attract candidates
