Our Londonderry, NH client is looking for a talented Credit and Collections Representative for their team! In this full-time, direct hire role, you will be responsible for reviewing the credit for all accounts, both existing and new, and following up on aging accounts receivable. This is a hybrid work-from-home and within the office opportunity requiring someone with at least three years of prior credit and collections experience!

Responsibilities of the Credit and Collections Representative

  • Review credit information for new and existing customers
  • Determine credit line limits for new customers
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Follow up on accounts receivable
  • Review accounts receivable statements and recommend areas of improvement
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Credit and Collections Representative

  • Bachelor’s in finance, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of prior experience in credit and collections
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a position with competing priorities
  • Highly proficient in Word and Excel
  • Strong organization skills
  • Assertive, yet customer-service minded
