Job Description
Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.

Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager
- Answer customer inquiries and take orders via phone and email
- Suggest additional options to meet customer needs
- Enter and approve orders
- Generate invoices
- Manage order changes as required
- Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers and sales personnel
- Maintain accuracy of customer database
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required
Qualifications of the Customer Account Manager
- Strong computer skills, including MS Teams and Office 365 Suite
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- High attention to detail
- Ability to lead others and work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time, adjust to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
