In this full-time opportunity with our Dover, NH client, you will be responsible for providing friendly and helpful service to customers, assisting the sales team, and performing other related tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and has good follow through.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative

  • Answer phone and assist or direct customers
  • Manage customer files
  • Enter orders and track order progression
  • Assist with marketing products to customers
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Assist customers with questions or issues with products and/or services
  • Perform other related tasks and duties

Qualifications of the Customer Care Representative

  • Strong customer service background
  • Friendly and helpful personality
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
