If you enjoy talking on the phone and have at least two years of customer service experience, we have a Customer Experience Representative position for you! This role with our Seabrook, NH client will assist customers with their purchases, from tracking shipments to light troubleshooting. A team player who is a quick learner would be ideal!

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative

  • Take incoming calls/place outbound calls and assist customers
  • Track shipments and research any issues
  • Update CRM
  • Follow product issues through to resolution
  • Promote positive experiences for customers
  • Other tasks, as required

Qualifications of the Customer Experience Representative

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • A problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
