In this full-time position, you will be responsible for communicating with customers from the initial meeting to post-sale and acting as a liaison between the customers and internal teams (sales, service, etc.) to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Customer Operations Specialist

  • Learn about company’s products and services in order to speak knowledgeably to customers and others
  • Schedule appointments with potential and existing customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding their purchases
  • Ensure internal teams and external vendors are informed about appointments
  • Follow up with customers on questions or concerns about their purchases
  • Work with accounting to invoice customers when appropriate
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Customer Operations Specialist

  • Associate degree
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to problem solve and multitask
  • Some knowledge of accounting
  • Desire to learn
