Customer Service Account Manager
Join a well-established global leader as a Customer Service  Account Manager! Our Rochester, NH client needs an energetic, self-motivated professional with planning experience to provide comprehensive sales support to key customer accounts. This is an excellent full-time role in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service  Account Manager

  • Communicate with customers via phone, fax, EDI, and email
  • Help prepare cost estimates, quotes, and proposals
  • Process orders and enter/update data into ERP system
  • Review purchase orders
  • Schedule, expedite, and coordinate delivery and movement of materials
  • Coordinate with production and shipping to schedule and expedite orders as needed
  • Help resolve customer issues  
  • Support sales team
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as required

Qualifications of the Customer Service  Account Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or other related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted
  • Experience in production control planning in an ERP environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and information analysis skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
