A Lee, NH manufacturer is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Accounting Specialist to join their team! This role is responsible for a wide range of tasks, from taking customers’ orders to performing data entry into the accounting database. Good customer service skills required, and accounting experience is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Accounting Specialist

  • Answer the phone and direct or assist callers
  • Contact customers about account status
  • Maintain database of customer information
  • Take orders from customers and enter into database
  • Create shipping labels and documentation, and ensure accuracy
  • Perform accounts receivable
  • Order supplies
  • Assist with preparing month-end reports and journal entries
  • Other tasks, as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service/Accounting Specialist

  • Solid customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accounting experience/exposure a plus
  • Ability to multitask
