Leddy Group is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a company in Nashua, NH. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a position immediately. While this role is expected to last for 3 months, it could last longer and could open doors for long-term positions.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:
-Assist inbound callers with questions and direct them to the right resource
-Answer and direct inbound email
-Return phone calls
-Assist with alleviating call and email volume

Qualifications of the Customer Service Assistant:
-1-2 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook
-Comfortable being in an office environment observing proper COVID-19 procedures
-This role doesn’t require any in-person customer facing

This is a 3 month full-time role that requires someone to work in the office.
