Job Description
Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
A Dover, NH mission-driven nonprofit organization has several interim Customer Service/Data Entry Support positions available! These full-time roles are responsible for performing data entry and assisting customers with their applications. Our client will provide training but would like candidates to have at least one year of recent office support, customer service, or reception experience.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Data Entry Support
- Contact customers by phone and email regarding their assistance applications
- Review applications and follow up with customers on missing information
- Upload application information into database
Qualifications of the Customer Service/Data Entry Support
- At least one year of recent office support, customer service, or reception experience
- Friendly and helpful personality
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
