Our client is looking for someone with attention to detail and a professional demeanor to oversee their customer service department and successfully manage client relationships.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager

  • Supervise performance of customer service representatives
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales and order processing procedure
  • Keep customers notified of product delivery timelines
  • Maintain system for orders and customer correspondence
  • Prepare for and host customer visits; distribute customer satisfaction surveys
  • Participate in annual business reviews
  • Serve as liaison between the customer and other internal departments
  • Ensure timely resolution of any customer service issues

Qualifications of the Customer Service Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-7 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
  • Excellent communication, time management, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in challenging situations
  • Must be able to function well in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work additional hours and travel when needed
  • Attention to detail
