Customer Service – Medical

If you have prior experience in customer service and enjoy helping other people, apply now for this Customer Service – Medical role! Working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, you will do a variety of administrative tasks to assist with patients. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service – Medical

  • Assist patients with checking out of the office
  • Manage the mail
  • Assist patients who walk into the office
  • Schedule appointments
  • Call patients to remind them of their appointments
  • Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications of the Customer Service – Medical

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and pleasant demeanor

No prior medical experience required!
