Customer Service Professional

Do you enjoy creating an exceptional customer service experience? A well-established company is now hiring a Customer Service Professional at their Enfield area facility. This full-time, first-shift opportunity offers competitive pay and an excellent work environment!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Professional

  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule pickup or delivery of items
  • Receive inbound calls from customers to answer questions about shipments
  • Provide exceptional service to all customers and help find resolutions to challenges
  • Work with the drivers to ensure that there is a direct route to the customer and access for a tractor trailer truck to safely make a drop off
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Professional

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Positive, professional, friendly demeanor
  • Good computer skills with the ability to learn company software
  • Flexibility to interact professionally with customers as well as more casually with dock workers and drivers
