Customer Service Representative

We are looking for candidates with solid customer service experience for a Customer Service Representative position in South Portland, ME! In this role, you will wear many hats and assist customers with purchasing parts while working with a great team in a casual environment.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Price parts through various vendors
  • Review pricing and parts with customers
  • Schedule and order parts
  • Keep technicians and customers in the loop on the status of their parts

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Skilled in scheduling
  • Prior experience working with parts preferred
