Customer Service Representative

Join a manufacturing company in Belmont, NH as a Customer Service Representative! This fast-paced role provides support to customers and outside sales staff by assisting with service, product availability, and current pricing.

What your day will look like as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide daily direct support of outside sales staff to maximize company sales
  • Accurately prepare sales inquiries, sales orders, pick-up orders and other company documentation
  • Cross-sell products to current accounts
  • Track daily requests for quotes to ensure prompt response to customers and prospects
  • Call out to current accounts and prospects to self-generate sales opportunities
  • Work with Credit Department on new account credit requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with orders, delivery dates and service needs
  • Develop and demonstrate individual product knowledge and computer navigation skills

A qualified Customer Service Representative will have:

  • Customer support experience with proven exceptional customer service focus
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving ability with both internal and external customers
  • Attention to detail with effective listening skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
