Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Assisting customers with questions
  • Data entry

Qualifications of Customer Service Representative: 

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to handle high volume incoming calls while maintaining exceptional customer service and real time data entry
