Our banking client is seeking a friendly problem solver for their full-time Customer Service Representative role! You will help create a positive experience for customers as you assist them with their account needs over the phone. Join the team at one of the following locations: White River Junction, Charlestown, or Burlington!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Professionally handle a large volume of inbound and occasional outbound calls
  • Assist customers with their account transactions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Answer inquiries, inform customers of new services and product promotions, and direct customers to other personnel as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Banking/call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and strong typing skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and professionalism

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:45am-5:15pm or 9:45am-6:15pm, plus two weekends per month with shorter hours. Pay depends on experience, ranging from $19-$22/hour. Apply today to further your career in an excellent work environment as a Customer Service Representative!
