Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to assist in their inbound call center on the first shift! After a few weeks of in-office training, you will work completely remote, so a stable internet connection is required. While they are scheduled to last for six months, these positions could become permanent for the right candidates!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Assist customers with billing questions
  • Work with customers to resolve billing issues
  • Answer customer questions about any issues with their product

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking position
  • Stable internet connection
