Leddy Group is seeking Customer Service Representatives to help a well-known Seacoast company to complete a customer service project. Candidates will be taking inbound customer calls and providing customer support. This role is a long-term position with opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls
  • Answer increased customer inquiries
  • Documenting customer interactions

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Past customer service and data entry experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Call center experience is preferred

This is a full time interim-to-direct position, working 9am – 5:30pm or 10am – 6:30pm for 6 months. Starting pay for this role is $15.50 – 16/hour, depending on experience.
