Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and helpful person for a full-time Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator opportunity in Portsmouth, NH! This position is responsible for helping customers with questions, placing orders, and invoicing. Be prepared to work within a strong team that works towards common goals!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator:

  • Enter orders for customers
  • Invoice through QuickBooks
  • Answer emails and phone
  • Identify opportunities for sales and alert sales team
  • Occasionally assist with reception duties
  • Communicate with other departments on a regular basis in the sales flow process
  • Assist in meeting preparation

Qualification of the Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator:

  • Computer savvy with working knowledge of Word and Excel (QuickBooks experience is preferred, also)
  • Able to problem solve
  • Capable of taking direction and working within a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Helpful personality
