Job Description

Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
Our client in Rochester, NH is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative on an interim basis for a special project! In this full-time role, you will assist customers via email and phone with their questions and concerns, update customer information, and help out fellow team members, among other related tasks. The ideal candidate has good customer service and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative – Special Project
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Update customer accounts and log-in information
- Work to resolve customers’ questions and concerns
- Assist fellow team members with customer-related tasks and projects

- Strong customer service background
- Friendly and helpful personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible and willing to help out when needed
