Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.

We have a direct hire, full-time Customer Service Representative opportunity in Exeter, NH! In this role, you will assist customers with placing new orders and following up on existing orders. Our client requires someone with a high school diploma, MS Office skills, and general knowledge of how to read schematics or bills of material.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Respond to customers’ emails and phone calls
  • Identify customers’ needs based on their orders or by reviewing schematics, plans, or documents
  • Prepare quotes and orders for customers
  • Enter firm orders and review order status on a daily basis
  • Assist customers with questions regarding orders and returns
  • Perform data entry
  • Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong customer service background
  • Friendly and helpful personality
  • Organized
  • Good communication skills
