Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for candidates for a full-time, direct hire Customer Service Specialist opportunity near the Queen City. This position will manage a variety of tasks that assist the team in growing business. Customer service experience preferred!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist

  • Schedule meetings and help others prepare for meetings
  • Help clients complete paperwork, sign into the online portal, and answer their general questions
  • Act as liaison between client and home office in any issues with incomplete or incorrect documentation
  • Assist in marketing and sales
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist

  • A college degree required
  • Prior experience working within a professional office
  • General knowledge of financial services and planning
  • Customer service skills
