Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
Join a Portsmouth, NH organization as a full-time Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you will use your positive attitude and helpful personality to assist customers with their orders. Our client is seeking candidates who can learn new software quickly and who thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist
- Assist customers by phone with questions regarding products and prices
- Enter orders and process returns
- Identify and communicate areas of improvement within the organization
- Check reviews on the company and/or products and respond to customer reviews
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist
- 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Willing to accept constructive feedback and use that feedback to improve
