Leddy Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a company in the Topsfield, Massachusetts area.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist will include:

  • Respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Work with the customer and service provider to resolve inquiries or complaints
  • Make customer quality control calls when time allows, focusing on any troubled areas as directed
  • Read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
  • Report all work orders for extra work to accounting to bill

Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:

  • 1 year of customer service representative in related field
  • Associates degree
  • Strong computer skills- proficient in MS Office
  • Detail orientated
  • Strong organization skills
  • Advanced Excel skills

This is an interim to direct position with an excellent benefits package upon conversion to permanent.
