Job Description

Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
Our Stratham, NH client needs a Customer Service Specialist – Project on a full-time basis! This interim role is responsible for assisting customers with placing orders and resolving issues with their orders, among other related tasks. The right candidate has great customer service skills and is familiar with logistics/order fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist – Project
- Process orders
- Communicate with customers on their orders from start to finish
- Work with customers, internal team, and external vendors to identify
- Ensure customer issues with orders are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Process returned orders
- Answer questions regarding orders
- Identify areas of improvement
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist – Project
- Associate degree
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and logistics
- Solid communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good customer service skills
- Strong follow-through
