From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

This is a full-time, direct hire role that oversees the daily activities of the customer care department. Our client is seeking someone who is well-versed in banking activities and has prior experience in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Supervisor, Banking
- Mentor customer service team to foster strong relationships with customers
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Stay up to date on all services provided and train team members
- Ensure staffing levels and schedules are appropriate
- Perform other related tasks and projects
Qualifications of the Customer Care Supervisor, Banking
- Bachelor’s in finance, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in banking
- Prior experience as a supervisor
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in technology and able to learn new software quickly
