This is a full-time, direct hire role that oversees the daily activities of the customer service department. Our client is seeking someone who is well-versed in banking activities and has prior experience in a supervisory role.  This is a great opportunity in a back office customer service role offering work life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Supervisor

  • Mentor customer service team to foster strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns
  • Stay up to date on all services provided and train team members
  • Ensure staffing levels and schedules are appropriate
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Customer Service Supervisor

  • 5+ years of experience in banking
  • Prior experience as a supervisor
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in technology and able to learn new software quickly
