We are seeking a Customer Solutions Representative for a local Rutland company.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Listen to customer service claims and determine a solution
  • Gather all important information and document into the software program
  • Facilitate and negotiate service claims with all involved parties
  • Respond timely to inquiries
  • Communicate with the Customer Solutions Manager

Qualifications of the Customer Solutions Representative:

  • Ability to show empathy with people from all walks of life
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Show judgment and ability to resolve conflict
  • Must have computer knowledge and comfort
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience preferred
