Customer Support Representative

If you are a great multi-tasker, are tech-savvy, and have strong communication skills, we would like to talk to you about these Customer Support Representative positions! These full-time roles within a growing organization in Manchester, NH are responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and following problems through to their resolution. One position works 9am-6pm and the other works 12pm-8pm.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative

  • Respond to inquiries through email, calls, or help desk requests
  • Troubleshoot issues and assist customers with resolving these issues
  • Keep internal team apprised of customer issues
  • Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to team
  • Record customer issues in database
  • Complete other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Customer Support Representative

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience (or both)
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Working knowledge of handheld mobile devices
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, yet friendly demeanor
