If you are tech-savvy and enjoy working with customers, consider this full-time Customer Support Specialist role! In this position, you will assist customers with questions and issues they have regarding their products. This opportunity with our Manchester, NH technology client works either 9am-6pm or 12pm-8pm and requires you to be on call every 3rd weekend.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist

  • Respond to customers’ questions/issues over the phone or by email
  • Assist customers with resolution of any of their product-related issues and ensure all issues are fully resolved
  • If issue cannot initially be resolved, ensure customer issue is escalated to a higher support level for resolution
  • Record information in database
  • Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to internal staff
  • Other tasks, as required

Qualifications of the Customer Support Specialist

  • Strong attention to detail and great follow-through
  • Prior customer service/support experience
  • Computer and tech-savvy (especially with Excel and mobile devices)
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
