From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A Hampton, NH organization is looking for Customer Support Specialist candidates with proven customer service experience and good communication skills! In this full-time role, you will respond to inbound calls from customers and help resolve their issues. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding call center environment!

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist

  • Take inbound calls and/or return calls to customers regarding customer complaints
  • Resolve or work with others internally to resolve customer issues
  • Document calls electronically

Qualifications of the Customer Support Specialist 

  • At least one year of customer service experience within a fast-paced and demanding call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and follow through tasks to completion
  • Basic MS Office Suite skills
