A busy and fast-paced manufacturing firm in Stratham, NH is looking for a Data Entry/Documentation Specialist on an interim basis! This is an administrative role, responsible for performing data entry and maintaining and filing documents. Our client is looking for someone with intermediate MS Office skills and at least two years of recent similar experience for this role.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry/Documentation Specialist

  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Organize documents
  • File documents
  • Maintain files
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Data Entry/Documentation Specialist

  • 2+ years of recent, comparable experience
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • A team player who is able to follow directions
