Debt Collector – Base PLUS Commission Position

The role of a debt collector is to serve as the liaison between the creditors and consumers of a company. They observe accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans. This is a high paying opportunity where salary depends on your results. 

Responsibilities of the Debt Collector:

• Locate and contact debtors to inquire about payment status
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Update account status in database regularly
• Handle questions or complaints
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
