Responsibilities of the Dip Braze Technician

• Perform accurate pre-dip, dip, and post-dip processes per customer requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints and perform simple math calculations
• Inspect work for quality
• Use hand and power tools and various measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, digital height gauges, etc.
• Work with Engineering on new assembly processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Keep accurate records
• Follow all safety procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Dip Braze Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous entry-level maintenance or similar role preferred
• Experience with brazing, heat treat, or pyrometry is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs., stand for long periods of time, and have full use of both arms/hands
• Ability to work in a high heat area
• Visual alertness, hand dexterity, and attention to detail

The Dip Braze Technician works Monday through Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm. We look forward to hearing from you!
