From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

An Exeter, NH manufacturer needs a skilled Director of Customer Service – Parts! This full-time, direct hire position is responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives in order to meet customers’ needs and help the company grow. A keen understanding of how to implement strategies and proactively sell is required.

Responsibilities of the Director of Customer Service – Parts

  • Oversee all functions of customer service for the parts department
  • Utilize supply chain to ensure parts are procured and delivered on time
  • Communicate with customers on issues, policies and work efforts
  • Develop and oversee the department’s budget and plan
  • Work with upper-level management to implement new initiatives
  • Attend trade shows and off-site customer meetings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Director of Customer Service – Parts

  • 5+ years of experience in managing a customer service team
  • An understanding of how each department functions and works together towards meeting the goals of the organization
  • Sales oriented
  • Ability to analyze processes, implement strategies, and make improvements
  • Working knowledge of A/R and A/P
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
