Dispatcher – Parts

Our local client is seeking candidates for a full-time Dispatcher role! This position is responsible for everything related to parts, so strong parts knowledge would be great! If you have solid customer service experience and can wear many hats, too, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities of the Dispatcher

  • Obtain pricing from vendors on various parts
  • Review pricing and parts with customers
  • Schedule and order parts
  • Communicate with technicians and customers on status of parts

Qualifications of the Dispatcher

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and use good judgment
  • Experience with Excel and using phones
  • Ability to schedule deliveries
