Entry Level Electronic Repair Technician

If you have mechanical and/or electrical support experience and a commitment to customer service, then consider this Electronic Repair Technician role. You’ll provide expert technical support on a select group of this company’s document automation and data security equipment. This is a great full-time, direct-hire opportunity at an established Seacoast employer!

Responsibilities of the Electronic Repair Technician

• Work with reseller network to provide hands-on mechanical/electrical support on assigned equipment
• Assist customers and resellers with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and programming of equipment via telephone and video
• Analyze issues
• Establish and maintain business relationships with clients based on trust and loyalty
• Travel occasionally to client sites for installations and training

Qualifications of the Electronic Repair Technician

• Mechanical/electrical experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Relationship building skills
• Ability to travel at least once per quarter
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Solid computer skills including email and MS Office Suite

Hours for this Electronic Repair Technician position are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay starts at $20-$21/hour.
