Leddy Group is seeking an Employee Records Assistant for a busy medical facility in Lebanon, NH.

Looking for an opportunity to build your skills and get your foot in the door with a stable company that has a great reputation in the Upper Valley?

This position is looking to fill their first shift opportunity where you will work from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities of the Employee Records Assistant include:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records
  • Sort and separate files
  • Documentation of file processes as requested by manager
  • Complete license verification
  • Data Entry
  • Document Scanning
  • Collection of files from various locations

Qualifications for the Employee Records Assistant Include:

  • Entry level position no experience is needed will train.
  • Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Must be comfortable working independently
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must have reliable vehicle and willing to travel between buildings within 5 mile radius.

This is a full time, temporary opportunity that is anticipated to last 6-12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door in an office environment.
