Entry-level Customer Service Representative

Our Seabrook, NH client is looking for an entry-level Customer Service Representative to add to its team. In this role, you will provide technical support over the phone to customers. This position requires someone who is technically inclined and customer service oriented!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Provide technical support to clients over the phone
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues for multiple products
  • If needed, engage a contractor to assist in the field
  • Manage parts inventory
  • Perform some assembly and testing

  • Stellar organizational skills

Hours for this full-time entry-level Customer Service Representative role are 10am-7pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9am-6pm on Friday.
