Equipment Fine-Tuning Technician

A well-known manufacturer is looking for a skilled Equipment Fine-Tuning Technician at their Exeter, NH facility. You’ll join a culturally diverse team in a fast-paced environment in this full-time, first-shift role.

Responsibilities of the Equipment Fine-Tuning Technician

• Fine-tune automation equipment to achieve optimal performance
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and minor repairs
• Identify any necessary machine repairs and escalate matters to the appropriate resources in the maintenance and engineering groups
• Perform machine alignments, adjust and optimize parts handling and presentation maximum output and minimize parts losses
• Drive sustainable equipment improvements that align to overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) targets, with an acute focus on rate efficiency and equipment availability
• Analyze data to evaluate OEE results
• Perform related duties as assigned or required

Qualifications of the Equipment Fine-Tuning Technician

• 3+ years of experience in a technical field working directly with manufacturing equipment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working with HMI systems and LoT platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Self-motivated, demonstrating the initiative and drive to surpass performance expectations

Hours for this Equipment Fine-Tuning Technician position are Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm. Pay depends on experience, ranging from $26-$28/hour.
