From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

Our professional, yet friendly healthcare client in Dover, NH needs a skilled Executive Assistant on a three month contract basis! In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative responsibilities like scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, ordering supplies, and more. The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant

  • Schedule meetings
  • Set up for meetings
  • Take meeting notes
  • Prepare payroll for processing
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer phones and assist or direct callers
  • Order supplies
  • Draft correspondence
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant

  • 3+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Able to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
