The Leddy Group is seeking an Full Time Executive Assistant for a company in the heart of the Seacoast area of New Hampshire.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-faceted team with opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities of the Full Time Executive Assistant:

  • Maintains organizational calendars as well as individual calendar for Vice President and General Manager
  • Assists and coordinates with minute taking and meeting preparation
  • Manage special projects as needed
  • Process expense reports and support financial planning
  • Manage leadership team calendar, materials, registration and conferences
  • Improve administrative processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • 1 year of Executive Administrative experience required
  • Education can be substituted for 5+ years of Executive Administrative Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • High level of confidentiality and expertise in multi-tasking
  • Familiarity with web share sites and web-based meetings a plus
