Alie started with Leddy Group in 2016 as a Staffing Manager in the Bedford office. She is one of the few team members at Leddy Group who has worked with most of our specialty divisions. Currently, Alie is a Senior Staffing Manager based out of the Portsmouth office. Her focus is on recruiting talent and servicing clients for the Administrative staffing division as well as the Accounting & Finance staffing division.

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our Concord, NH client as an Executive Assistant on a temporary basis! This role within the education field is responsible for providing general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, greeting visitors, etc. Our client would like to find someone who is personal, professional, and flexible to meet the needs of the team.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- Greet and assist visitors
- Respond to emails
- Answer the phone and assist or direct callers
- Maintain meeting calendar
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Coordinate travel
- Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, copying, etc.
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
- Strong customer service background
- Friendly and helpful personality
- Prior experience in an office environment
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and willing to help out when needed
