If you’re a very polished professional with executive support experience, then this Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO opportunity is the one for you! You’ll be the face of a medical facility that is very involved in the Rutland, VT community. This full-time role takes place during regular daytime business hours Monday through Friday, but candidates must have the flexibility to attend evening meetings and events as needed.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to CEO/CFO

  • Maintain calendar
  • Screen visitors, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Prepare materials for meetings and appointments
  • Record minutes
  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports
  • Compose correspondence and research/compile information
  • Serve as liaison between executive office and the board of trustees, medical staff, employees, and business and community leaders
  • Perform additional related executive level administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant to CEO/CFO

  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible Executive Assistant experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Assistant/Paralegal, Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Office Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Ability to exercise discretion, tact, and a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and associated video conferencing equipment and applications
  • Ability to be flexible with hours and to work under pressure
  • Excellent judgment, multitasking, and problem-solving skills required

Pay for this Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO position depends on experience, ranging from $23.75-$37.94/hour. We look forward to hearing from you!
